Online Meetings via Zoom

Workshops, coaching sessions, and meetings take place via Zoom.

Messaging Services

I use the following services for communication: WhatsApp Business, Instagram Chat, Facebook Messenger, TikTok Messenger.

When using these services, the privacy policies of the respective providers (Meta, ByteDance, etc.) also apply. Data transfers to the USA take place.

Online Appointment Booking (Acuity Scheduling)

I use Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace) for appointment bookings. During booking, personal data (name, email address, phone number if applicable) is collected and processed on Squarespace servers.

Purpose: Processing appointment bookings and managing client appointments. Legal basis: Contract performance or pre-contractual measures. Google Search Console

This website is registered with Google Search Console to monitor and optimize the website’s visibility in Google search results. Registration is done via a meta tag for ownership verification. Google Search Console itself does not set cookies on the website and does not collect personal data from website visitors.

I maintain profiles on the following platforms to connect with interested parties and clients and to provide information about my services:

When visiting these profiles or interacting with them (e.g., likes, comments), both I and the platform operator (usually Meta or Google) process personal data. The platforms are independently responsible for many processing activities (e.g., tracking, advertising).
